Inquiries & Investigations
When a complaint is made, or you think one is likely to be made, about alleged inappropriate workplace behaviour, failure to meet required organisational standards, harassment, bullying, discriminatory behaviour or a matter that has potential reputational harm for your organisation, it has to be dealt with properly – it cannot be ignored, or handled informally.
Independent Reviews
When complex matters arise within your organisation that point to serious and systemic issues, the conduct of an Independent Review may be warranted.
Chatham can advise you on establishing an Independent Review that will have the ability to probe deeply to determine fundermental causes and deficiencies in decision making and policies and procedures. Fairness and due process is provided to employees and contractors who may ultimately be effected by decisions made by management based on Review recommendations.
