GRAHAM SUNDERLAND
Associate: Graham Sunderland, QPM

Graham has an extensive and distinguished career in policing and investigation having held a number of senior roles in the UK police force spanning a 30 year career. Key positions include:
- Assistant & acting Deputy Chief of Police, Cumbria, UK
- Senior Investigating Officer, Detective Chief Superintendent, West Yorkshire Police, UK
- International Hostage Negotiator Co-ordinator, Sierra Leone
- Lead officer UK Disaster Victim Identification unit and advisor during the 2005 London bombings.
- Strategic Advisor for the UK Government (Foreign & Commonwealth Office) on numerous disasters around the world.

During his policing career, Graham has led many high profile homicide and other major criminal investigations and administrative reviews.
​
Since moving to Australia, Graham established a consultancy specialising in Emergency Management & Training and holds senior university lecturer roles engaged in Australian and international policing programs specialising in investigation and leadership and management during emergency response.

Graham has a Masters Degree in Leadership & Management, BA (Hons) Degree in Public Administration and Organisational Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Criminology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Identification. He also holds post-graduate qualifications in operational command and multi-agency investigations.

SCOTT CLARK

Associate: Dr Scott Clark
​
Working as a Clinical Psychologist for over 20 years in both public and private settings, including management roles with the public health system, Scott has also worked as a Psychologist as an officer in the Army Reserve and worked as a consultant for Defence Force Recruiting.
Scott has an interest in organizational change, leadership and psychopathology within the work environment. This has led to him being involved in a range of innovative activities to enhance both clinical and organizational practices including a Ministerial appointment to a public health service change management advisory group. Scott has a strong focus on community involvement serving on the Management Committee, including in the role of President, of a large community organisation with responsibility for a licensed gaming venue. He also operates his own Registered Training Organisation. Scott sits as a Services Member of the Veterans’ Review Board.

Scott holds undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Psychology, a Diploma of Leadership and Management and a Diploma of Project Management.
