INDEPENDENT REVIEWS

When complex matters arise within your organisation that point to serious and systemic issues that do not align with your organisational values, the conduct of an extensive Independent Review may be warranted.

Chatham can assist you in establishing an Independent Review that will operate within specific Terms of Reference that are crafted to quickly and efficiently focus on the identification of key Findings and the development of appropriate Recommendations that can be considered by management for quick implementation to resolve the issue.

Conducted within a specific period of time, staffed by expert personnel and supported by a Chatham secretariat, our team will capture critical facts and materials in accordance with tailored Terms of Reference and provide evidence leading to Findings and Recommendations that identify relevant issues and provide a clear course of action, while not disrupting your day to day operational rhythm.

Chatham will supply transcripts of evidence supporting a comprehensive report that will be delivered personally by the Reviewing Officer and back briefed to key management personnel. We will assist in the development of the Terms of Reference and provide guidelines on the process that protect confidentiality, individual rights and privacy while focussing on resolving the underlying issues. Our team includes a number of specialist members who are available to support the primary Review Team to provide forensic analysis capabilities in all functional areas.
