Chatham will supply transcripts of evidence supporting a comprehensive report that will be delivered personally by the Reviewing Officer and back briefed to key management personnel. We will assist in the development of the Terms of Reference and provide guidelines on the process that protect confidentiality, individual rights and privacy while focussing on resolving the underlying issues.
