Christopher Austin

Director: Christopher Austin
Chris has a successful corporate management background and is an experienced Investigator, Company Director and Management Consultant. His experience in working in senior roles in Corporate Australia for over twenty years has been augmented by his time spent running his own businesses involved in technology and manufacturing. Chris has worked within the building & construction industry and government. He has risen to the rank of Colonel in the Army Reserve and has strong competencies in management and leadership, strategic planning, sales & marketing, manufacturing, disaster management and business continuity planning.
Chris has been appointed as an Assistant Inspector General of the Australian Defence Force and has conducted complex and sensitive inquiries and investigations within Australia and overseas. He is currently posted to HQ Joint Operations Command and was formerly the Deputy Adjutant General - Army.
He holds qualifications in business, project management and is an Honorary Aide de Camp to the Governor General of Australia. Chris sits on the boards of a number of private and public organisations including the Veteran’s Review Board, the Daniel Morcombe Foundation and is the Chair of the Queensland Anzac Day Trust. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds the Certificate IV in Government Investigations.

Mike Kelly
Director: Michael Kelly
Mike has had over 20 years experience in senior management roles in both the public and private sectors, and is an experienced lawyer. He has a demonstrated ability to support organisations on structural reform issues, investigating and resolving serious and complex workplace performance and behavioural issues, conducting specialist recruitment and selection activities and developing strategic organisational initiatives.
Mike has worked at a senior level in public sector organisations and has practised extensively within the criminal and administrative law areas. He has over 15 years experience in providing high level advice to corporate clients and government agencies within both the Commonwealth and State jurisdictions.
Mike is a qualified Australian Defence Force Inquiry Officer, has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), a Bachelor of Arts, a Diploma in Management and is admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland. He holds the Certificate IV in Government Investigations. Mike was appointed as an Assistant Inspector General of the Australian Defence Force and assisted in the conduct of the IGADF Afghanistan Inquiry.
